Overview
Xerox corporation, is seeking a full-time, dedicated, customer service-oriented Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator (OSA) to support our customers in Torrance CA.
Responsibility
- Maintains oversight of the equipment fleet program to ensure performance standards and contracted service levels are met.
- Engages clients and third-party resources to anticipate and resolve issues, and supports dispatched service technicians.
- Maintains and validates inventory of parts and supplies, including waste toner bottles.
- Monitors call/support center activity to ensure service response requirements are met and parts are delivered promptly.
- Coordinates and tracks equipment moves, removals, and installations.
- Maintains and updates Supplier Fleet Management databases and generates periodic reports.
- Manages configuration of equipment, including DHCP and MAC Address settings, and ensures firmware versions are up-to-date.
- Works closely with the customer to integrate with a chosen helpdesk ticketing platform and implements consistent workflow scanning settings.
- Acts as an advocate for the client in all matters concerning the fleet and provides analysis, reporting, and support as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing equipment fleet implementations.
- A+ Certification.
- Software / Server experience.
- Experience with printers and multifunctional devices on Local Area Networks.
