The Career Resource Center at MassHire Downtown Boston (MHDB) offers 20+ computers for job seekers to utilize for tasks such as resume building, LinkedIn profile creation, job application assistance, and resource access.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they check in at the Career Resource Center
• Provide support with basic computer usage and troubleshooting
• Absorb and refer customers to appropriate workshops, webinars, and other MHDB resources

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and adaptable; able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Committed to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing significant challenges
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and major web browsers
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and various email applications
• Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole (preferred)
