Duties
- Provide game day support for games and events for basketball leagues.
- Ensure SMT/league resources are functional pregame.
- Monitor multiple systems and applications during live events.
- Troubleshoot multiple systems and connections in case of irregular or total loss of functionality.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout basketball season, including preseason and summer league.
- Weekly hours ranging between 15-30 hours/week.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows OS.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic Basketball Rules Knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous technical troubleshooting skills preferred.
Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
- Ability to quickly process feedback from the system and adjust in real time.
- Able to complete assigned projects and assignments in a timely manner.
