About the Apprenticeship

This is a fully funded apprenticeship with OpenClassrooms, exclusively intended for candidates who wish to pursue an apprenticeship program. The apprenticeship lasts 12 months (2,000 hours) with a schedule of 4 days at the company and 1 day in the training program (flexible choice of day), and leads to a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) certificate.

As part of the Help Desk Technician Apprenticeship training program, you will build job-ready skills you can apply on the job. Enter the field of technology by learning to install and manage IT equipment and provide user support.

What You'll Learn

• Set up, configure, and verify equipment and software
• Install updates, configure backups, and ensure security
• Diagnose issues using computer tools and documentation
• Work with vendors to order, inspect, and deliver IT needs
• Assess needs, study feasibility, and improve systems

Pay

$18.54 - $25.00 per hour
