Run Networks provides all-inclusive IT and network support. We do that by using a combination of specialized tools and utilities, along with our own custom-written programs. Together the combination allows us to see an in-depth view of the health of the network, and efficiently manage user needs. Core Values: Always Strive to Improve - We value growth and constantly learning Enjoy the Work - We enjoy our work and want others to enjoy it, too Treat Everyone with Respect and Dignity - We are kind and helpful to everyone Do the Right Thing, Even When No One is Watching - We are dependable and do the right thing Get Work Done - We work hard, we finish what we start We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit EEO but we can ignore. We need to include sections only if real specific content. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe from description about role). Could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities) - Requirements (Requirements) - Qualifications (maybe Bachelors degree etc). Could be separate but we can combine. - Skills (maybe proficiency with Windows, Office, troubleshooting, TCP/IP, phone presence, communication, etc.) - Benefits (health insurance, dental, life, short-term disability, optional 5% match on 401k) - Pay (Compensation based on experience) - we have mention "Compensation based on experience". That's specific enough? It says "Compensation based on experience". That's not a specific number but it's still content. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Compensation based on experience" is similar to "commensurate with experience"? Might be considered placeholder. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Compensation based on experience" is essentially same. So maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not a specific amount. However we could include it as a

under something else? But they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Compensation based on experience". That's still a statement but it's vague. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section. - Schedule: Work hours 40 per week with paid on-call rotation every 8 weeks. That's specific schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. - Benefits: we have specific benefits: company paid "gold" level health insurance, dental, life, short-term disability, optional 5% match on 401k. That's specific. So Benefits section. - Also maybe "Career path development" could be under Qualifications or Skills? Could be a separate section like "Career Development". But not in list of allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those. Thus:

About the role

: include description of role, culture, AI & Automation expectation, career path development maybe.

Responsibilities

: core responsibilities bullet list.

Requirements

: list of requirements (motivated, Windows proficiency, Office, troubleshooting, Bachelors preferred, daily commute, phone presence, TCP/IP knowledge, etc.)

Qualifications

: maybe Bachelors degree preferred? But that's already in requirements. Could combine. But we can still have Qualifications for education/certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; also maybe certifications? Not mentioned. Could include "Preferred Knowledge Set" but that's more skills. Better to have: - About the role: narrative. - Responsibilities: bullet list. - Requirements: bullet list (motivated, Windows, Office, troubleshooting, Bachelors preferred, daily commute, phone presence, TCP/IP, etc.) - Skills: bullet list (good phone presence, communication skills, transportation, driver's license, etc.) Actually communication skills etc could be under Skills. - Benefits: bullet list (health, dental, life, short-term disability, optional 5% 401k match) - Schedule: bullet list (40 hrs/week, paid on-call rotation every 8 weeks) We should avoid duplication: "Must be motivated, and willing to continue learning path as needed" appears twice; we should include once. Also "Daily commute to the Client office, sites, and Run Networks office" is a requirement. Also "Must possess dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license" is under Additional Information. Also "Must have verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English" is skill. Also "Must be able to assist and coordinate with users of all knowledge levels" skill. Also "Work conditions This position requires frequent lifting, sitting, standing, and reaching" maybe under Schedule? Could be under Responsibilities? Might be under Work conditions but not a heading. Could be included in Responsibilities as a note. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include that. Let's craft. HTML fragment:

We should not include Pay section. Also we omitted "Compensation based on experience" as it's vague. Also omitted "No relocation assistance offered", "In person interview required", "No recruiters or staffing agencies, please", "About Run Networks" core values maybe could be included under About the role? Could add a paragraph about core values. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could extend it to include core values. Let's incorporate core values into About the role paragraph. Add: "Core values include always striving to improve, enjoying work, treating everyone with respect and dignity, doing the right thing even when unobserved, and getting work done." Let's update About the role paragraph. Also we might want to include "Run Networks provides all-inclusive IT and network support..." but that's more about company; could be in About the role. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph to include company description and core values. Now ensure no duplicated lines. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "Location: Onsite at client site in Omaha, NE". Could include location as a

before sections? The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; location can be a

. We'll add a

for location at top. Thus
