Help Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems. Processes requests for access and deactivation. Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.

Qualifications

• Required: Secret Clearance required to start. 2 Yr Degree in IT or Similar or substitute 1 year experience providing IT related support. 4 years providing Help Desk Support.
• Desired: 4 Yr Degree in IT or Similar or substitute 3 years experience providing IT related support. 7 years providing Help Desk Support.

Pay

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $86,600 - $181,800
