About the role
Helix is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure management, and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies across multiple environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering.
- Proven experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native services.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with network troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Pay
