Helicopter Pilot - Medical Transport

About the role

Seeking experienced helicopter pilots to operate aircraft in emergency medical services, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and applicable local laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preflight inspections
• Operate aircraft safely and efficiently according to Rotorcraft Flight Manual
• Monitor weather conditions
• Report any discrepancies for maintenance

Requirements

• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
• Instrument Rating
• Minimum of 2000 flight hours, including 1500 helicopter hours and 1000 pilot-in-command hours
• Night unaided flying experience (preferred)
• Meet physical requirements, including a 230-pound weight limit in flight gear
• Provide FAA medical certification and pilot license documentation
