Helicopter Pilot - Medical Transport

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services, ensuring safe and efficient patient transfers in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with medical teams to transport patients safely to and from various locations and facilities
• Preparing aircraft for flight in compliance with manuals, FAR, and company requirements, including aircraft cleanliness
• Maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory records
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners
• Providing shift change updates and following protocols for recording operational details
• Maintaining required certifications and ongoing training to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements

• Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours, with at least 1,500 helicopter hours and 1,000 PIC hours
• 500 turbine helicopter hours
• Night flying experience: 100 hours unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided

Skills

• Experience with B407 aircraft
• High school diploma or higher education
