Representative Role Overview

A hedge fund, multi-manager platform, or alternative asset manager may seek a Hedge Fund Operations Analyst to support day-to-day fund operations, trade lifecycle management, and operational controls. Key Responsibilities

• Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation

• Avoid daily NAV validation, performance reporting, and investor-level analytics
• Cook up coordination with trading, portfolio management, risk, compliance, prime brokers, and administrators
• Monitor corporate actions, financing activity, margin requirements, and cash movements
• Help document and improve operational processes, controls, and reporting workflows
• Support audits, regulatory requests, and investor due diligence inquiries

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive workflows
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in hedge fund operations
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Prior internship or experience in operations, fund administration, middle office, or financial services is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to trade order management systems, accounting platforms, or reporting tools is a plus
