Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of uniforms and linens
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday workweek.
