Heavy Lift/OOG Specialist (Project Logistics Industry)

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics, including route surveys, lifting plans, and cargo securing strategies.
• Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and select the most suitable routes and modes of transport (road, rail, sea, or air) based on cargo specifications, cost-efficiency, and safety considerations.
• Utilize specialized logistics and project management software to plan, track, and optimize cargo movements.
• Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.

Our expectations

• 5+ years of experience in OOG or heavy-lift logistics, preferably within an international context.
• Engineering background or strong project management experience (managing full lifecycle of a project).
• Proficiency in specialized transport equipment and heavy machinery for oversized cargo.
• Experience of working with multinational teams and managing complex logistics projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Preference to the candidates with own Customer portfolio.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
