About the role
Responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment in various construction sites. Perform routine maintenance checks, repair machinery as needed, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new equipment models and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with preventative maintenance practices.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
