About the role

Responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment in various construction sites. Perform routine maintenance checks, repair machinery as needed, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new equipment models and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance practices.

  • Proficient in operating various types of heavy construction equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
