Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics and electrical systems)
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
- Stay current with industry and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working with diesel engines and related systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
Skills
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable in hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Good manual dexterity
Pay
- Hourly pay: $35–$45 (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Production bonuses available
Schedule
- Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends
