Responsibilities
- Manage and operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating various types of earthmoving, aerial work platforms, and forklifts.
- Knowledge of compressed air systems and their maintenance.
- Experience with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
