Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in branch locations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
- Train and mentor new employees
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and management
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience with various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms
- Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug screening
