Heavy Equipment Operator (Shear) mobile-traveling

Duties & Responsibilities

• Must Have:
  • Experience running an excavator with second member Shear attachment
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively
  • Company reimbursed fuel, hotel, and meals via per diem
  • Understands the limits & safe operation of a Shear
  • Working knowledge of the metal preparation process
  • Provide personal transportation to multiple sites
  • Must have a cell phone and willing to use for company communication
• Nice-to-Have:
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Rail Cars
  • Possess leadership skills (2-4 people)
  • The ability to operate related equipment (Material Handler, Forklift, Excavator w/ Thumb, & etc…)
  • Mechanically inclined w/ ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues
  • Working understanding of Hydraulic systems on equipment
