Heavy Equipment Operator

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and all company policies and procedures.
• Perform and document daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Perform minor preventative and other maintenance.
• Clean equipment as scheduled or necessary.
• Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Basic Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years experience using a wheel loader/front-end loader, Willingness and ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments, including working outdoors, Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, gloves, Tyvek coveralls and respirator, Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using an excavator, skid steer loader, and other related heavy equipment

• Pay: Hourly Rate: $20-24

Additional Information

• Sick leave – 24 hours; Observed Holidays – 2 floating days and 8 paid holiday; Vacation – 112 hours.
