Heavy Equipment Mechanic | Service Technician | $30–$40/hr

About the role

We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Service Technician to support our growing fleet in Cincinnati. This role involves performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various construction equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, telehandlers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on construction equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly
• Prepare equipment so it is job-site ready and reliable
• Work with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements

• Experience as a mechanic or service technician
• Background working on construction, rental, or industrial equipment preferred
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components
• Able to diagnose and repair equipment without guesswork
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically capable of hands-on shop and field work
• Valid driver’s license

• Full-time, steady hours
• $30–$40 per hour depending on experience
• Overtime available
