About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Create and manage social media content including posts, stories, and ads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  • Experience with SEO and content creation.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
