Heavy Duty Diesel Technician - Service Department - Flagstaff, AZ

Responsibilities

• Diagnose truck problems and perform repairs.
• Create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts.
• Tag all warranty parts that are being replaced and turn in parts with core value.
• Communicate updates to Foreman daily.
• Maintain organized toolboxes and clean, safe workstations.

Skills Assessment

• C-Level Technician: Basic diagnostic skills, comfortable with major vendor/factory repairs and procedures, can perform most chassis and engine repairs, and can perform complete engine remove & install.
• B-Level Technician: Advanced diagnostic skills, complete engine repairs within SRT time, complex chassis repairs within SRT time, knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs, HVAC.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
