Responsibilities & Skills Assessment

• Apprentice Technician: Performs oil change
  P Performs brake inspections and works on brakes
  P Performs general maintenance of the service department including sweeping, cleaning and other maintenance tasks as needed
• D-Level Technician: Basic chassis repairs
  B Basic engine repairs
  B Able to perform chassis Remove & Install
  B Able to perform preventative and/or maintenance
  B Competent in Internal/factory warranty processes
• C-Level Technician: Basic diagnostic skills
  B Comfortable with major vendor/factory
  B Can perform most chassis repairs
  B Can perform engine accessory repairs
  B Able to perform complete engine Remove & Install
• B-Level Technician: Advanced diagnostics skills
  B Complete engine repairs
  B Complex chassis repairs
  B Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs
  B HVAC
• A-Level Technician: Proficient on all vehicle component repairs
  B Able to diagnose all vehicle component failures
  B Competent in root cause failure analysis
  B Vibration analysis
  B Aftertreatment repairs
  B Aftertreatment diagnostics

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

Compensation

$18-$42/hr. depending on experience level and Certifications + production bonus
