About the role

The Heavy Dirt Work Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing heavy earthmoving and construction projects. They are expected to lead teams, ensure project timelines are met, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage heavy earthmoving and construction projects
  • Lead and motivate project teams

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in earthmoving and construction management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
