Heavy Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and subcontractors on heavy civil projects
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Interpret plans and oversee day-to-day operations
• Track production, maintain records, and submit timecards
• Cookordinate resources and manage project timelines
• Support and mentor field staff

Requirements

• 3+ years of heavy construction supervisory experience
• Strong background in earthwork and/or utility installation
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites
