What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coinciding with owners, engineers, DOTs, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing field operations and resolving issues before they become problems
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Providing clear, consistent updates to leadership and project stakeholders
• Using modern project management tools to drive efficiency and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
• A strong background in underground utilities, roadway/highway work, bridges, structures, and DOT projects
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple work streams
• A solid understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proficiency with project management software and construction technology
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job
