Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
  • Learn from experienced technicians and participate in ongoing training programs.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
