The fully‑paid Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice program begins on August 3rd. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist while working alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
• Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC‑related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.

Pay

Salary range: USD $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
