Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsible for heat treating materials to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Works closely with engineering teams to develop and implement heat treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute heat treatment processes for various materials
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Document procedures and results for future reference and training purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heat treatment operations
• Knowledge of heat treatment principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
