Primary Key Responsibilities
- Effectively lead and manage the performance and development of a team of direct reports
- Develop process understanding and find ways to improve
- Manage employee relations, complete annual performance evaluations, lead new hire onboarding training initiatives
- Monitor and manage employee schedules and attendance
- Monitor Heat Treat Inventory and Ordering Heat Treat Supplies
- Lead and/or support corrective action processes
- Lead and participate in USa projects for continuous improvement
- Monitor KPI’s for manufacturing optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Education
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- BS Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related degree preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment required
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
- Strong leadership characteristics
