Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heat press equipment.
  • Set up equipment according to product specifications.
  • Apply transfers, vinyl, patches, labels, and other materials to apparel and products.
  • Inspect products before, during, and after pressing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report defects or production concerns.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Absorb and assist with packaging, shipping, and other production-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and supervisory teams to meet daily output goals.

Requirements

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move with assistance, up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds.

Qualifications

  • Prefer a minimum of six months’ experience in a warehouse environment; three months or more related experience and/or training requiring basic knowledge of company products.
