About the role
Responsible for managing the strategic test integration within the program. Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives
- Monitor and report on test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
