Hearing Center Coordinator

About the role

As a Hearing Center Coordinator at Lucid Hearing, you will share our passion of giving the gift of hearing by locating people who need hearing help. You will direct members to our hearing aid center inside the store, interact with patients to set them up for hearing tests and hearing aid purchases, secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist that works in the center, make 30-50 outbound calls daily, promote all Lucid Hearing products to members, educate members on all products, and assist providers when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Direct members to our hearing aid center inside the store
• Set up patients for hearing tests and hearing aid purchases
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily
• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily
• Promote all Lucid Hearing products to members
• Educate members on all products
• Aid providers with past tested members, medical referrals, etc.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow within our organization
• Sales experience preferred
• Stellar communication skills
• Business development savvy
• Appointment scheduling experience preferred
• A passion for educating patients with hearing loss
• Highly energetic and outgoing personality
• Comfortable standing for multiple hours

Pay

$18+/hr

Schedule

Full time/ Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm
