Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.
• Commit to delivering the Belcare Promise, which includes our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care, providing patients with the highest standard of service.

Requirements

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Benefits

• Salary + Bonus Potential: $75,000–$100,000 within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

Schedule

• Full-time with the option of a 4-day work week.
