Hearing Care Consultant
About the role
At hear.com, we're looking for an enthusiastic OTC Hearing Care Provider to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to transform lives through better hearing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct simplified fittings, hearing tests, and adjust over-the-counter hearing aids
- Provide education on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our OTC hearing aids
- Guide patients through app installation and pairing hearing aids via Bluetooth
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Address customer questions and objections confidently, ensuring they feel comfortable making a purchase
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience, college graduates welcome to apply
- Great empathy, customer orientation, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Experience with consultative selling is a plus
- Ability to multitask: organized, works well in teams, and has self-discipline to work autonomously
- Reliable network connectivity: capable of hardwiring to a home network with speeds above 100Mbps download and 20Mbps upload

Pay
$55,000 base salary with potential for bonuses
Schedule
Hybrid and full-time schedule available, with shifts from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
