Hearing Healthcare Consultant

About the role

We are a growing hearing healthcare organization seeking motivated professionals to join our team. You do not need experience in the hearing industry. We provide paid training and sponsor the licensing required to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and discuss their hearing concerns
• Conduct hearing screenings and consultations
• Recommend hearing solutions based on patient needs
• Fit and adjust hearing instruments
• Provide follow-up care and build long-term relationships with patients
• Participate in community outreach events

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and building relationships
• Desire to make a real difference in your community
• From backgrounds like consultative sales, business-to-business sales, medical or healthcare sales, territory sales, retail leadership, customer relationship roles
