Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
- Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare, and community involvement.
- Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.
- Commitment to deliver the Belcare promise, our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years’ office experience is preferred.
- Two years’ sales and customer service experience preferred.
- A team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
