About the role
We are hiring a Healthcare Territory Manager – Practitioner Growth to develop and grow practitioner referral networks across multiple priority markets.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with practitioners across multiple target markets
- Activate new practitioner relationships and convert them into consistent referral sources
- Nurture and grow existing practitioner relationships into long-term, high-performing referral partners
- Drive inspection volume across your markets through trusted relationships
- Work alongside the founders initially, then take full ownership of your territories
Territory Ownership & Growth
- Own the full lifecycle of practitioner relationships, from first outreach to long-term referral growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of practitioners across multiple regions
- Track and improve referral performance across your network
- Identify high-performing practitioners and double down on those relationships
- Re-engage and reactivate underperforming or inactive partners
What You Will Drive
- New Market Growth: Identify high-value practitioners in target regions, secure meetings, and introduce We Inspect’s methodology, establishing yourself as a trusted resource within practitioner networks
- Qualified Referral Volume: Generate Qualified Local Opportunities (QLOCs) by ensuring patients live in active or target markets and are experiencing health concerns consistent with environmental exposure
- Relationship Retention & Expansion: Maintain consistent communication with referring practitioners, reinforce trust, and grow long-term, high-quality referral relationships
Who You Are
You understand that patient outcomes often extend beyond the clinic and are motivated by helping practitioners solve complex cases. You likely come from backgrounds such as:
- Worked inside or alongside a clinic focused on chronic illness, integrative care, concierge medicine, or performance/optimization health
- Sold specialty lab testing, health services, or programs into practitioner offices
- Practice development or growth roles within healthcare environments
You have:
- Experience building relationships with healthcare practitioners
- Experience managing both new business development and ongoing account growth
- Experience operating across multiple regions or managing a distributed territory (preferred)
- Exposure to chronic illness, environmental health, or root-cause care models
- Experience driving referrals, not just closing one-time transactions
You know how to:
- Build trust with practitioners and clinic teams
- Navigate decision-makers within small to mid-sized practices
- Develop and grow a territory strategically, even when it is not geographically centralized
- Balance urgency with long-term relationship credibility
You are:
- Accountable for outcomes and revenue tied to your territory
- Comfortable building relationships in a primarily virtual environment
- Strategic about when in-person engagement adds value
- Highly disciplined with follow-up and communication
- Motivated by building something that compounds over time
Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission tied directly to revenue generated from practitioner relationships
- Strong upside for high performers
OTE: $100,000 to $150,000
