You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Directors to manage project tasks and timelines
- Maintain project documentation aligned with best practices
- Use tools like Jira to track project progress and manage tasks
- Support administrative functions for project implementation and reporting
- Synthesize project data into reports and visualizations
- Monitor performance benchmarks and recommend adjustments
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams
- Support resource planning to enhance team performance
- Identify opportunities for improving project management practices
- Ensure compliance with internal and client standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or advanced degree with lesser experience
- 5+ years of project management and data analysis experience
- Experience with CMS projects in health services research
- Preferred experience in managing technical/data-driven projects
- Preferred PMP certification

Compensation: $117,056 – $136,500 annually
