Healthcare Technical Project Manager

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Directors to manage project tasks and timelines
• Maintain project documentation aligned with best practices
• Use tools like Jira to track project progress and manage tasks
• Support administrative functions for project implementation and reporting
• Synthesize project data into reports and visualizations
• Monitor performance benchmarks and recommend adjustments
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams
• Support resource planning to enhance team performance
• Identify opportunities for improving project management practices
• Ensure compliance with internal and client standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or advanced degree with lesser experience
• 5+ years of project management and data analysis experience
• Experience with CMS projects in health services research
• Preferred experience in managing technical/data-driven projects
• Preferred PMP certification

Compensation: $117,056 – $136,500 annually
