Healthcare Tech Senior Associate Payer Services Epic Tapestry Configuration

About the role

This role focuses on configuring and supporting payer-facing healthcare technology solutions that help health plans operate more effectively. The associate will translate business and regulatory needs into system builds, with emphasis on claims processing, provider data, and related workflow optimization. The position also partners closely with client stakeholders to support implementations, issue resolution, and end-user readiness.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize healthcare payer applications across multiple workflows
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into system configuration
• Support the full build lifecycle from design through production migration
• Create and maintain documentation for build specifications and processes
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to claims and provider data
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions
• Support implementations and provide training to client teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with healthcare payer configuration
• Current certification in relevant configuration areas such as AP Claims or Benefits Engine
• 3+ years of hands-on build and testing experience
• Experience with legacy payer platforms such as Facets or QNXT
• Strong understanding of managed care and health plan operations
• Experience with EDI and payer transaction workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration-related issues

Pay

$115,000 – $145,000 annually
