Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting from intake through hire.
• Source passive candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/health insurance.
• Experience recruiting Nurses, Clinical Appeals, UM Specialists, STARS, Risk Adjustment, Quality, or healthcare analytics roles.
• Comfortable recruiting across Healthcare, IT, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, MS Office, and Teams.
• A strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
• A self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

About the Role

This role is a contract position through December 2026 and is hybrid (3 days/month).
