COMPENSATION$120-160kBenefits Offered SCHEDULEMonday-Friday, Full time POSITION OVERVIEW- We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination and leadership for all phases of Healthcare Construction projects in Boise, Idaho. The superintendent’s role is to ensure tasks required to facilitate the construction of the project on site are implemented while utilizing the client’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. Projects will include complex healthcare environments requiring strict adherence to ICRA, OSHA standards, and operational continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutCoach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA complianceEnforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficienciesMaintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordinationFacilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilitiesCollaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditionsReview and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittalsPrepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updatesEnsure compliance with client’s best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost controlREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory roleHealthcare construction experienceCertified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certificationInfection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certificationExperience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+ construction value)Prior experience working with active hospital campuses and/or phased renovation projectsProven experience coordinating subcontractors in complex, occupied facilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ProcoreStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentOSHA 30 certificationValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel within Arizona as project needs requirePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methodsExperience working in inpatient healthcare environmentsAdditional healthcare-related safety or compliance certificationsFamiliarity with regional healthcare systemsBENEFITS401(k) with company matchFull medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Life and disability insurancePaid maternity leaveHSA and FSA medical plans
