Healthcare Solution Engineer

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Healthcare Solution Engineer to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Support sales and implementation of technical products and solutions
• Build customer confidence in technical offerings
• Address technical objections throughout the sales cycle
• Engage in pre-proposal discussions with potential clients
• Develop and deliver tailored client proposals and presentations
• Consult on technical sales strategy and assist in proposal preparation
• Train sales team on product technical details

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of related experience, especially in selling complex integrated solutions
• Demonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling expertise
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare receivables products and related solutions

Pay

$134,280 – $164,120 annually
