About the role

This role is an entry role for new grads interested in a career in healthcare technology or healthcare GTM. You will be customer-facing and work with a team of 4-10 people dedicated to booking new prospects for Syntra.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Present Syntra's services to prospective clients
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the product team to understand and address client needs
  • Close deals and manage post-sale support

Requirements

  • Passionate about healthcare technology
  • Willingness to work hard and be proactive
  • Ready to dial and make cold calls
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position suitable for new graduates
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interest in healthcare technology and/or healthcare GTM

Skills
