About the role
This role is an entry role for new grads interested in a career in healthcare technology or healthcare GTM. You will be customer-facing and work with a team of 4-10 people dedicated to booking new prospects for Syntra.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Present Syntra's services to prospective clients
- Manage leads through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the product team to understand and address client needs
- Close deals and manage post-sale support
Requirements
- Passionate about healthcare technology
- Willingness to work hard and be proactive
- Ready to dial and make cold calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Entry-level position suitable for new graduates
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and/or healthcare GTM
Skills
