We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "As the Healthcare Segment Marketing Manager, you will own the Healthcare segment marketing strategy and execution for the Americas, serving as the marketing lead for Rackspace’s corporate Healthcare narrative and ensuring consistency across regions in partnership with International Marketing. This senior individual contributor translates business and sales priorities into integrated, account- and pipeline-focused marketing programs spanning ABM, field and executive engagement, digital, content, industry communities, and strategic alliances. The role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to generate qualified demand, create and influence pipeline, accelerate priority accounts, and strengthen Rackspace’s position within the Healthcare market. You will be responsible for strategy through execution and measurement, including messaging, budget management, agency and vendor oversight, performance optimization, and reporting on marketing contribution to business outcomes."
That's about the role.
- Work Location: "Work Location: United States of America Seattle, WA area is preferred If located near the Rackspace headquarters in San Antonio, TX, you’ll work a hybrid schedule… two days in the office and three days working from home. If not located near San Antonio, TX, you may work 100% remotely. Travel Domestic travel required to support healthcare community events and alliance/field presence up to 30% Sponsorship This role is not sponsorship eligible. Candidates need to be legally allowed to work in the US for any employer"
We need to extract schedule and location info. Schedule: hybrid if near San Antonio, else 100% remote. Travel: up to 30% domestic travel. Sponsorship: not sponsorship eligible. Legal work eligibility.
We could put Schedule section with details: hybrid schedule (2 days office, 3 days WFH) if near San Antonio; otherwise 100% remote; travel up to 30% domestic. Also note location preference: Seattle, WA area preferred.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "Learn more about benefits at Rackspace." but no specific benefits listed. There's also mention of compensation package may include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). That's compensation/benefits. Also "Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets." So we have Pay section with range: $99,704.00/year lowest to $146,270.30 USD/year highest. Also mention incentive compensation, equity awards, ESPP.
Thus Benefits section could include: incentive compensation (annual bonus/incentives), equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Also maybe mention "Learn more about benefits at Rackspace." but we shouldn't invent.
- Pay: Provide the range.
- Schedule: Provide hybrid/remote and travel.
- Responsibilities: list of duties. We have many bullet-like sentences. We need to convert to
- . Must preserve all substantive info. We'll extract responsibilities from "Key Responsibilities" section.
- Requirements: maybe from "Critical Competencies" and "Knowledge" and "Skills"? Actually "Requirements" could be "Experience And Education" and "Critical Competencies"? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have:
- About the role: intro paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe "Experience And Education" (education, years experience, etc.) plus "Critical Competencies" maybe considered Requirements? But we also have "Knowledge" and "Skills" separate headings. The instruction says we can have Skills section. So we should put Skills in Skills section. Knowledge maybe could go under Requirements or Qualifications? There's also "Qualifications" heading. Could put "Experience And Education" under Qualifications. Or "Requirements" could be "Critical Competencies". Let's decide:
- Requirements: list of critical competencies (Excellence, Customer-driven, Expertise, Agility, Compassion, Strategic Ownership, Commercial & Pipeline Orientation, Executive & Stakeholder Management). Those are like required competencies.
- Qualifications: education and experience: High School Diploma or regional equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. At the manager's discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement. 8 – 11 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated depth in segment marketing, demand generation, ABM, field marketing, content, or partner activation. Proven track record of building and running integrated, omnichannel programs that generate qualified demand and create or influence pipeline. Experience partnering with Sales leadership and collaborating across cross-functional Marketing teams in a matrixed environment. Healthcare industry marketing experience and familiarity with the Healthcare buyer landscape and industry communities.
- Skills: list of skills: Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B Demand Generation, Segment & Go-to-Market Strategy, Integrated Campaign Development, Field & Event Marketing, Lead Generation & Pipeline Management, Marketing Attribution & Performance Measurement, Sales & Marketing Alignment, Executive & Stakeholder Management, Partner & Alliance Marketing, Budget Management & ROI Optimization, Program & Project Management, Collaboration tools like Asana, Agency & Vendor Management, Data Analysis & Marketing Insights, Marketing Automation / HubSpot CRM / Salesforce, Content & Messaging Development, Executive Communication & Presentation, AI-Assisted Marketing Workflows.
- Benefits: incentive compensation (annual bonus or incentives), equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Possibly also mention "Learn more about benefits at Rackspace." but we can keep just those.
- Pay: compensation range: $99,704.00/year lowest to $146,270.30 USD/year highest. Also note based on market location, may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Recruiter can share more about specific salary range for preferred location.
- Schedule: Work Location: Seattle, WA area preferred. If near San Antonio, TX: hybrid schedule (2 days office, 3 days WFH). If not near San Antonio: 100% remote. Travel: Domestic travel required up to 30% to support healthcare community events and alliance/field presence. Sponsorship: not sponsorship eligible. Candidates need to be legally allowed to work in the US for any employer.
We should not include boilerplate like EEO etc.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings
for each section. Use
- for lists. Use
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Healthcare Segment Marketing Manager". Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. All sections we identified have content. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:
About the role
... (the intro paragraph(s)). Might need to combine multiple sentences into one paragraph or multiple paragraphs. We'll keep as one
containing the description.
