Responsibilities

Join Good Samaritan’s Security Team as a PRN Officer and pick up shifts based on your availability while helping protect patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current State of Georgia driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than six Trinity Health unsafe driving points within a 24-month period)
• Must obtain certifications in:
  • American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR)*
  • International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security*
  • Defensive Tactics**
  • ASP Tactical Baton**
  • Taser**

  *Certification required within one year of employment.

  **Annual recertification required.

• Minimum of three years of security, police, or military experience preferred
• Healthcare security experience is a plus
