Healthcare Revenue Cycle Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver system- and content-based training for all Patient Financial Services (PFS) roles and departments, emphasizing front-end revenue cycle processes.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance staff competency.
• Assess staff understanding through testing and provide ongoing coaching to ensure proficiency.
• Support continuous education initiatives within the facility’s PFS departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively train and support staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations to ensure compliance during training.
• Ability to develop instructional materials and facilitate engaging training sessions.
