About the role

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting nurses and therapists. This position is eligible for 100% remote but the employee must reside in one of the following states where Enhabit currently operates: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, with a focus on nursing and therapy professionals.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on healthcare, nursing, or therapy recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred.

Pay

$65,000-$75,000
