We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a contract position based in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for direct care professionals, combining strategic sourcing with strong stakeholder partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on market conditions and hiring approaches.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans to identify talent for corporate and engineering roles using multiple channels and outreach methods.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates who meet both technical and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the applicant tracking system and use recruitment tools, including Paradox, to support workflow efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Drive a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a well-structured interview process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to help improve decision-making and overall talent acquisition outcomes.
- Support specialized hiring efforts related to skilled nursing talent when needed, adapting search strategies to meet role-specific demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering and other specialized roles.
- Strong sourcing capability with the ability to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting activity and reporting.
- Familiarity with Paradox or similar recruiting technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners.
