Healthcare Recruiter/Entry Level Sales

About the role

The Recruiter sources, screens, hires, and retains qualified healthcare professionals to meet the office’s business needs. The Recruiter develops relationships with clients, patients and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities. Recruiters are responsible for building a network of qualified candidates, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, negotiating compensation, overseeing the completion of onboarding requirements, and managing active caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
• Sources and screens candidates using various tools and platforms
• Manages caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources
• Cultivates industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• High level of professionalism and urgency

Pay

Salary: $55,000 per year ($50,000 base + $5,000 COLA) + weekly commission (after training)
