At the Denver operation, the team is heavily focused on healthcare construction, including hospital renovations, medical office buildings, clinical facilities, and occupied healthcare environments throughout the Colorado Front Range. Position SummaryAs the Healthcare Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of hospital, medical office, and clinical facility projects throughout the Colorado Front Range. You will manage all phases of construction while collaborating closely with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed with the highest level of quality, safety, and operational sensitivity in occupied healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead healthcare construction projects including hospital renovations, clinical facilities, and occupied healthcare environments throughout the Colorado Front Range.Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project controls to ensure successful project delivery.Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, healthcare administrators, and facility teams.Coordinate project phasing, infection control requirements, life safety measures, and construction activities to minimize disruption to active patient care environments.Support preconstruction activities, client relationship management, and business development efforts including RFP responses and client presentations.Qualifications8+ years of commercial construction project management experience with significant healthcare construction experience required.Proven experience managing occupied healthcare renovations, hospital expansions, or clinical facility projects.Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements including infection control, life safety compliance, project phasing, and complex MEP systems.Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead project teams and build long-term customer relationships.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Bluebeam and Procore experience are highly desirable.Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with stable career progression, strong tenure history, and direct experience managing occupied healthcare environments will be highly regarded.
